01The problem
Industrial sites don't have isolated problems.
- A damaged floor affects traffic.
- Traffic affects pedestrian safety.
- Poor visibility affects behaviour.
- Worn markings create confusion.
- Small maintenance issues quickly become expensive operational problems.
The problem is that these things are often managed separately.
Different contractors. Different jobs. Different priorities.
Fastline takes a different view.
02The Fastline approach
One site. One view. One accountable partner.
01
Survey
We walk the site, understand how it operates and identify the issues that matter.
02
Prioritise
We help separate urgent safety issues from improvements that can be planned over time.
03
Improve
From line marking and impact protection to concrete repairs, flooring and wider site improvements, we deliver the work with minimal disruption.
04
Plan
We help customers move from reactive maintenance towards a more planned approach to site improvement.
03Our story
We didn't set out to build a warehouse safety company.
Fastline started with one simple service: industrial line marking.
But working inside warehouses, factories and distribution centres showed us something bigger.
Customers didn't just need lines painting.
They needed someone who understood the whole site.
- 2016
Where it started
Fastline was founded in Doncaster, focused on delivering high-quality industrial line marking.
- 2020
Customers needed more
As relationships grew, so did the problems we were being asked to solve: from impact protection and flooring to concrete repairs and wider warehouse safety.
- 2025
From jobs to improvement
We began helping customers think beyond individual projects, bringing together surveys, priorities, budgets and planned works.
- Today
The next chapter
Fastline is building a smarter model for industrial site safety and maintenance, with CIPLAN at the heart of that vision.
04Why Fastline
What makes Fastline different?
We understand the operation
We work in live industrial environments, so we understand that safety improvements need to work around people, vehicles, production and deadlines.
We look beyond the individual job
A line, barrier or repair is only part of the picture. We look at how the whole site works together.
We prioritise what matters
Not everything needs fixing today. We help customers understand what is urgent, what is important and what can be planned.
We minimise disruption
Our teams work around operational constraints wherever possible, helping customers improve their sites without unnecessarily interrupting the business.
We stay accountable
Customers shouldn't have to coordinate multiple contractors to solve connected problems. We aim to be the partner who takes ownership.
We're building what's next
CIPLAN represents the next step in our evolution: using better planning, visibility and technology to help industrial businesses manage site improvement more intelligently.

06What we do
From individual fixes to complete site improvement.
For years, we've seen the same challenge across industrial sites.
Businesses know their sites need investment, but it isn't always obvious where to start.
- What needs fixing now?
- What can wait?
- What will it cost?
- What should happen next?
CIPLAN was created to answer those questions.
It brings site information, priorities and planned works together so businesses can make better decisions about their industrial environments.
