As our reputation grew, so did the range of environments we worked in. Fastline became trusted by clients across warehouses, factories, distribution centres, manufacturing facilities and logistics sites, building our foundation around warehouse and factory line marking, pedestrian walkways, forklift and vehicle routes, safety zones, external markings and floor preparation. This stage shaped the way we still work today: site-first, safety-focused and commercially practical.

As clients asked us to solve more site problems, Fastline naturally expanded beyond line marking alone. We began developing a wider range of industrial safety and surface services, including concrete repairs, resin flooring, anti-slip systems, safety signage and impact protection. We were no longer just marking floors, we were helping clients improve the way their sites operated.

Fastline continued to grow into a more complete warehouse safety and site improvement provider. Our work increasingly involved helping clients think about the full picture: people movement, vehicle routes, floor condition, impact risks, visibility, signage and long-term maintenance. We became a partner for businesses that needed practical, joined-up solutions across their warehouse and industrial environments.

Fastline began supporting larger, busier and more complex operational sites. The work became more demanding, requiring careful planning, phased delivery, risk awareness and a strong understanding of how to work around live operations. It also highlighted an important issue we saw across many sites: maintenance and safety works were often being managed reactively rather than strategically.

By 2024, Fastline had developed a clearer view of where the industry needed to go. Many sites were dealing with repeated minor repairs, isolated safety issues and fragmented maintenance decisions. The challenge was not just completing the work, it was helping clients understand the condition of their site and plan improvements. We began focusing on planned maintenance, site visibility, risk reduction and better decision-making for warehouse leaders.

Fastline began developing CIPLAN as a smarter approach to site condition, planned maintenance and operational risk. Instead of treating issues one at a time, CIPLAN gives clients a clearer view of their site so they can prioritise, plan and act with confidence, bringing together site surveys, issue identification, photographic evidence, priority ratings, risk visibility, budget planning and practical recommendations. This marked an important shift: from contractor to strategic site improvement partner.

Today Fastline provides a wider range of warehouse safety, surface repair and site improvement services, from internal and external line marking, resin flooring and concrete repairs to anti-slip systems, safety signage, pedestrian segregation, impact protection, barrier systems, warehouse safety improvements and planned maintenance support, for clients in busy operational environments where safety, durability, planning and delivery all matter.

Fastline's next chapter is focused on helping clients move from reactive maintenance to proactive site intelligence. Through CIPLAN and our developing use of technology, we are building a smarter way to support warehouse and industrial environments, helping clients understand site risks, plan maintenance effectively, reduce disruption, improve safety and flow, make better budget decisions and create safer workplaces for their teams.
