Internal line marking for safer, more efficient warehouses

Inside a busy warehouse, floor markings do a huge amount of work. They keep people away from moving forklifts, set out one-way traffic systems, define where stock can and cannot be stored, and make pick routes faster and more accurate. Done well, internal line marking is one of the highest-impact, lowest-cost safety investments you can make. Done badly, it fades within months and becomes a liability. Fastline specialises in getting it right first time on the demanding surfaces found inside UK warehouses and industrial units.

Most internal warehouse floors are power-floated concrete, a hard, smooth and often slightly dusty surface that needs proper preparation before any marking is applied. We clean and prime the substrate, set out the layout precisely, and apply a material system matched to the traffic in each area, so high-wear forklift routes get the toughest finish while lighter-use zones are marked cost-effectively.

Epoxy floor coatings & polyaspartic line marking

For internal industrial flooring, we typically use epoxy to protect concrete floors and polyaspartic for durable, fast-curing line marking. Each system is selected for the job it performs best, delivering long-lasting results with minimal disruption to your operation.

Our epoxy floor coatings create a seamless, hard-wearing finish that protects concrete from daily warehouse traffic, abrasion, chemicals and spills. The solvent-free system penetrates and bonds to the concrete surface, producing an easy-to-clean finish that improves durability while extending the life of your floor. Ideal for warehouses, factories, workshops and production environments, epoxy provides a professional finish that stands up to demanding industrial use.

For internal line marking, we use premium polyaspartic coatings that cure exceptionally quickly, allowing areas to be returned to service far sooner than traditional systems. The high-build formulation produces crisp, highly visible markings with excellent resistance to wear from forklifts, pallet trucks and daily traffic. The result is long-lasting, vibrant line marking that keeps your workplace organised, compliant and safe while minimising operational downtime.

  • Solvent-free epoxy for a tough, sealed and easy-clean warehouse floor
  • Polyaspartic for ultra-fast curing times and minimal operational downtime
  • Premium pigmentation and vibrant colour for a professional, modern look
  • High-build, higher-viscosity material for superior thickness and durability

Epoxy & polyaspartic

For internal industrial flooring, we typically use epoxy to protect concrete floors and polyaspartic for durable, fast-curing line marking. Each system is selected for the job it performs best, delivering long-lasting results with minimal disruption to your operation.

We assess any existing coatings and the floor condition before recommending the right system, because proper surface preparation is essential for a long-lasting bond on power-floated concrete. All works are planned around your operation: we can work in zones, out of hours or during planned shutdowns so areas are returned to service as quickly and safely as possible, helping you stay compliant with HSE workplace transport guidance without halting productivity.
