Celebrating 10 Years of Fastline Services
13 October 2026 · 4 min read

Today, Fastline Services celebrates its 10th birthday.
Fastline Services Ltd was founded by Adam Fleming in Doncaster in October 2016. The business started out as a specialist industrial and warehouse line marking company, and a decade later it has grown into something much bigger.
From line marking to complete site safety
Over the past 10 years, Fastline has grown considerably and expanded well beyond line marking. Today we support customers across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and industrial environments.
Our services now include:
- Line marking
- Concrete repairs
- Resin flooring
- Anti-slip systems
- Safety signage
- Pedestrian segregation
- Impact protection
- Wider warehouse safety improvements
A key part of that growth has been responding to our customers' wider needs, rather than simply providing individual services. As we began working with larger and more complex sites, demand grew for a more joined-up approach to warehouse safety, maintenance and site improvement.
That has shaped our focus on planned maintenance and on helping businesses better understand the condition and risks across their sites.
Investing in the future
More recently, we have refreshed our brand messaging, introducing a brand new website and brochure and bringing our marketing in house.
We have also been investing in our systems, processes, marketing and technology, including exploring how AI and technology can improve the customer experience and the way site information is managed.
Despite all of that growth, our approach has never changed: understand the customer's site, identify the problem and provide a practical solution that works in a live operational environment.
Proudly Doncaster
We are particularly proud that Fastline was founded in Doncaster and has continued to grow from the area over the last decade, while working with businesses right across the UK.
Adam plays a pivotal part within the Doncaster community. He sits on the Employer Advisory Committee at UTC Doncaster, works alongside the Vulcan to the Sky Trust on a range of projects, and works with Harrison College on projects for its students.
Supporting local education, young people and community organisations is something we care deeply about, and it will remain an important part of who we are.
The next chapter
This anniversary is a chance to look back at how far Fastline has come since Adam started the business in 2016. It is also a chance to look forward.
The next stage for Fastline is about helping customers become more proactive rather than reactive when it comes to site safety, maintenance and operational improvements. Our ambition is to keep growing while developing smarter ways of helping customers:
- Improve workplace safety
- Identify and prioritise site risks
- Plan maintenance more effectively
- Reduce disruption to operations
- Improve warehouse efficiency and flow
- Make better-informed maintenance and investment decisions
To every customer, partner, supplier and member of our team who has been part of the journey so far: thank you. Here's to the next 10 years.
